    Payoneer paypal accounts get limited very quick if you are buying / selling online.. The bank account provided by payoneer is "virtual" if something goes wrong, or there is any dispute and some how paypal tries to deduct (even 0.00001 USD ) out of your bank account, The bank would reply "the bank account you trying to make transaction doesn't exist in our bank" and paypal will delete your Payoneer bank account and that's the end of the story.

    If you tried to add same bank account in paypal - you will be asked to submit your driving license and bank statement.

    SO, it's possible but it's quite risky !

    However, it's quite safe if you are just receiving paypal money. seriously, it's quite a service for Pakistanis.

    well as long as you selling stuff and wait a few days before withdraw from paypal and not withdraw all the money at once you be good.

    btw paypal cant just withdraw money from your bank or cc.. if that case of chargeback you mentioned actually happened they use your paypal balance if you had cashout it then you get negative balance

    Get payoneer card, you will get card within month to your address, then create a Paypal account and add the Payoneer US Payment service detail ( first apply for that as well and verify it ), then you will get money to your payoneer card direct from paypal.

    Not really easy and possible. Sometimes payoneer cards will also not help.. :|

    i have send the Email to paypal team regarding this issue and asking them that why the yare not in Pakistan, They are in Afghanistan and in India but not in Pakistan so is there any special issue that stop paypal being a tool of Millions Pakistani's worldwide.


    Here is the reply from the Paypal team.



    I hope this proof stop spreading wrong knowledge against the Pakistani banking system and lobby. its Paypal own decision and decision by its Higher board who are not interested to working in Pakistan
