    You have to asked them personally no one can provide you guaranteed answers. Why not tray alternate payment methods.

    Contact with paypal. There's many other countrys with the same problem or restrictions.

    Its not a banking problem. Its some other reason behind it. Which people really dont know exactly

    unfortunately Pakis don't have this facility. Although they are fighting a war to save this world (war against terrorism), yet they are deprived of this service.

    some countries do not support paypal receiving but instead you can use paypal to only send the money out. As well i got that problem in my country but anyhow i still be able to use paypal with full capacity and benefit.
