I am From Nepal,After reading the Paypal i found that paypal is not supported here in my counrty. But I have founds some of web companies in nepal claim that They can checkout money from paypal(Credit card) and also they claim that they have verified paypal accounts.How it is possible paypal do not supported country but supports creditcard connect with their paypal accounts...I Dont know what is difference between paypal accounts and credit card.also i have credit card of my national bank how can i connect it with paypal... Sorry for my english.
May be they use the money given by you to their PayPal to buy things and send the money they have in bank to send you !
Paypal in Nepal is Send only. You cannot receive. and to send money you will have to add a Credit Card into your account from any Nepal Bank and if you are from Nepal then you will know that Nepalese CC does not works on Internet so all in all. Paypal in Nepal is useless... Any company which says that it can withdraw Paypal for you is not using Nepali Paypal Account but rather using US/UK or Australia's Paypal account.
