paypal in negtive -139$ what if i wont pay? INDIA!! HELP!!

hello freinds i need you your help
my pp is negtive -139$ some scammers charged me back for no reason.
and in that pp i have given my original PAN card , linked my bank.
but dint give my cc to it. can any one tell me if i wont pay that amount anything would happen to me?

 

first find out the dispute, and give a respond to that dispute.. If you really think that it is some scammer who charged back for, then immediately respond the dispute and say that its some scammer who doing this..

since im not sure why U got asked for chargeback, i cannot say more on this..

 

but tell me if i wont pay the negative amount what can Paypal do to me?

 

Probably nothing since you are in India, but you will probably not be able to create another PayPal account. My recommendation is that you do side work in order to bring your balance back up. I personally wouldn't risk having my PayPal account closed.

 

bro i don't care about the account u just tell me this is there any problem or what?

 

if you dont pay, paypal will send their goons after you to collect

 

No problems will occur,but you will feel the pain in the ass when you need paypal another time.
