paypal in Lebanon?

    Hey Guys in lebanon we don't have paypal.
    i need it very much coz some members want to donate for me and i want to buy a Host.
    so how can i have a paypal account? a Real account and i am from lebanon??

    to donate via paypal which is the best:
    Pernonal account
    premium account
    busniss account??

    i've heard about Vcc account what is that?

    if it doesnt support your country, then you cannot have it. do you have someone living in a country that paypal have on there list? if you know someone or trust then you can ask them to make a account on there own name. never use a fake name or sooner or later you will lose all the money. and get a business account so that they can creat your sub account for you so that you can access using your own password. by that way you can monitor the paypal account without having to fear of getting limited because busniess account support multi account like for site admin or co-admins etc. VCC is not an account. VCC is virtual credit card which is needed to verify a paypal account to remove all limits.. people who do not have a credit card, they buy a VCC to verify there paypal account.

    I don't suggest you ro have since it's not available for in country you risk to get banned and money gone at any moment

    just hung around on this section to no more about paypal

    you must first have us dedicated ip (buy account of virtual private network like net2vpn.com)
    because if you open us paypal account using your ip on lebanon account will be limited
    then you must verify your account using vcc ( virtual credit card) you can buy it from mafostedu DP member
