Try phoning your bank for the routing number or add a credit card to paypal.

I'm sure you will be able to when your paypal account is verified. Go to paypal and read their FAQ to find answers to questions. Or you can phone them.

Im not sure to what extent paypal is supported in your country but you can look on a cheque and you would get the routing number that or you can ask your bank for the number

First, Its good to know that pp offer service form Kuwait.:)

Like we all have names, to identify,

Every Bank, that deals international, have some identity. Must be a member of IBA(international banking Association)

otherwise its a local, private bank..that has no code. Even though, they tie up with a commercial bank, to get served. so, unless, getting know which bank you are using, we can not find the code.(as well as the branch)

    :)
    These are some banks.
    1 Central Bank of Kuwait
2 The Industrial Bank of Kuwait
3 Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait (ABK)
4 Commercial Bank of Kuwait (CBK)
    5 Gulf Bank
6 National Bank of Kuwait (NBK)
7 The Bank of Kuwait & the Middle East (BKME)
    8 Bank Boubyan
9 Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait
    10 Bukhamseen Holding

    But international Banks.are..

    1. HSBC Kuwait

    2. Kuwait International Bank(most good one)

    3. National Bank of Kuwait

    4. International Bank of Kuwait

you may get some info form them if you provide which bank you have account with.

as the person above me posted, every bank must have a routing number. Its like part of their name (along with other codes) Same thing when you go to buy insurance, they know you by a number and never your name :D
