PayPal ID not showing Personal or Premium? What's wrong?

    I'm sending a guy some bucks and when I typed in the PP id he provided, amount of money and click continue, PayPal doesn't show the type of his account!

    I mean, usually we get a smaller-font line beneath the id saying "US premium account" or "Personal Account" or something. But his just now shown...

    So what's wrong? Any idea?

    Is it safe if I carry on?

    hey there, I too have such experiences. But this things happened only at the first time when I was sending money. I think that is the issue. After the first time it was showing the details of the person.
