It's possible that you reached your maximum receiving limit as an unverified account, getting your account verified will solve your problem.
Previously before VCC was banned there was a lot of Paypal limited threads and posts because of usage of VCC. I strongly urge you not to try.
Use some other methods of receiving money, do not use VCC, do not use fake details etc. All these will cause you more misery in the end. Maybe you can check with your relatives for help?
verify a bank account instead I think you can do that. if not arang for someone to collect the money for you and let them keep some of it. hands up whos willing to give it a go
I have not tried bank account, but maybe that can work. Though the 2nd idea is something I beg to differ on. Don't ever trust anyone you met online with money!
If you're from the USA then this is also a possibility, bank verification with Paypal is supported in a few countries.
Unverified accounts can receive money. There are some countries that can only send money, See if you conutry is not one of them. Good luck.
Only about 40 countries out of the 190 odd countries which Paypal supports can receive money. Use https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_display-country-functionality-outside to see if your country is one which can receive. Otherwise you just have to wait for Paypal to include your country or find an alternative. What you do, make sure you do not use any illegal means or methods which would breach your contractual relationship with paypal. It is always important to get your account verified as not only do you get a higher limit, it would allow both Paypal and the people you deal with to trust you.
