    Hi,

I have Axis Debit Card [VISA]. I tried to Add my Card details to Paypal to get Verified.

But I am getting the below error.
"This credit card has been denied by the bank that issued your credit card. For details on why your card was denied, please contact your credit card issuer's customer service department. Or, you may want to try adding a different credit card."

    What to do???

    Please Help me

    Regards,
    SK

Indian Debit Cards are not accepted by Paypal, you will need an international Credit Card if you are from India.

From India, only International Credit Card. I think that in India, there are some banking regulations which makes Debit card works differently.

As far as I know, here in Singapore, all Debit Cards issued here (apart from VISA Electron) can be used for online and international transactions inclusive of using them in the stores.
