Paypal - How can we do a chargeback/reversal ..?

I got an issue with someone while doing an exchange.. I would like to get my money back.. I haven't done a chargeback/reversal payment ever. So , I would like to know how to go for it.

Also, how much time does it takes to get my money back.. and can it have any other issues? Like paypal opening an dispute and holding my ac till investigation of something ?

I made a payment y'day for an exchange.. not much< 100 USD, so can i say that as a wrg send an an explanation?

Just go to Resolution Centre and follow the steps .

 

U need to contact ur bank in order to chargeback.

 

but bro.. what i am concerned abt the after result of it... the enq session n stuff... as i have done an exchange with it... which is against the TOS of PP, so would that cause problem.. that's what i want to know....

 

First make a paypal claim against the other person if they had done something wrong to you. Then talk to a paypal representative and see what you should do
