paypal holding the payment I had received, requiring "additional information"

    Hi,
I had just received a payment for a voucher that I had sold (delivered the code to the buyer via email of course).
but Paypal had sent me this message:

"To protect you from problematic transactions, we sometimes request
    additional information about PayPal payments.

We need more information about this transaction. Please log in to your
PayPal account, click the "Resolution Center"tab, and provide more
    information "

this is pretty surprising as it is not the first time I am receiving payments from this specific buyer.

now, I don't get how does paypal protect me as the seller, by holding from me the money that I am receiving?
also, how is it paypal's business to know what exactly is it that I am selling? this is pretty intrusive.

what do you recommend me to do? I would have refund the buyer and ask him to send the payment again, but I don't see any "refund" button,
and I'm not excited about giving paypal details about the transaction, also because I understood it could take several months until I will receive the money.

    Thanks

Just go to resolution center and do whatever paypal want you to do.
