I guess it really depends on how serious the dispute is.

good luck with that, with services such as servers they are "intangible" items and paypal doesn't usually like to give charge backs for services

Just call paypal customer care and ask them as only they give you exact answer for this.

PayPal support team sucks.. But try calling PayPal (in the Contact Us link at footer they will give you a Phone Number).

Maybe you will need to wait 45 days while PayPal it's 'investigating the transaction', and, i think you can ask FDCServers to send you a full refund if the option appears on his PayPal account (if you haven't escalated to Dispute, and it's only a Reclamation, this option MUST appear).

Did you try to ask refund before filling a dispute? A dispute can take sometime..

Just mention digital services in the message area and paypal will let you win the dispute. This is because Paypal have no protection for digital services or digital goods.

Yeah most dedicated companies don't offer refunds for servers.
it cost money to rack the server and you have to pay employees to set it up and the power and bandwidth it uses while you had it.

If you have already utilized their services, then you don't stand much of a chance. You have 45 days from the date of the transaction to open a dispute in the Resolution Center. That does not necessarily mean you will be refunded. Especially if the seller has already withdrawn money from their Paypal account to their bank account...

I got a buyer who filed a dispute against me even though I delivered to her the e-books as promised. Paypal decided to refund the buyer since I digital products are not covered by Seller Protection.
