Paypal 'holding' funds??

Is anybody else having problems getting their earnings from paypal? The affiliate site I am with has deposited money, however paypal wont officially accept it and have put temporary 'held' on it. Now I have to do a dispute resolution.... Ive been scammed by several sites but I never thought it would be paypal who would be the ones to screw me over. Any suggestions what to do about this?

lmao You're not being scammed. They often hold funds. Just wait it out.
Unless by held you mean the person that sent it to you put a hold on it as in it is being disputed by that party?

OK Ill take your word for it seeing as though you have 11 000 posts so you must have experience... but I don't see why they have to hold it in the first place.....

Nah because I have been paid 4 times already by them. I cant help but feel that SOPA and ACTA have something to do with this holding payments rubbish.

They will be looking at the paying account rather than your account - they do this sometimes and it usually doesn't mean anything except a bit of inconvenience. Just wait it out - could be anything from a couple of days to a couple of weeks.
