hi last day i got a payment from a indian user ,at the moment wen he was send it den his ac gotted limited and the money has been stuck on my paypal.i have already send all screen shots about my service but still paypal not release my money,buyer ac also limited .can i get the money back pls suggest me
It is entirely possible that your buyer hacked into someone Else's account and paid you! Paypal would not release the payment unless it gets re-assured of the genuine use of the paying account! You would just have to wait... for Paypal to sort out the matter. Regards, RightMan
I think this is happening on mass scale. Me too faced this problem on 10 June 2010. I think they are against Indian users I dont know why but i can prove it... I have same issue what OP has. In my case paypal account review executive told me, if buyer will contact him, he will release payment to my account. Yesterday buyer called them and admitted that the payment is authorized, after that also the executive told him, to ask his buyer to call paypal.... they are playing with Indian account holders. only.
Resoluation : if buyer account is limited, paypal fund will be reserved back to buyer after 7 days , ( Strongly recommed you to force the buyer to Restore their account from Limited status) :what ever the service you provide , buyers and seller account should be Restored to process any Transaction clear Thank you Old Egold
no its not .... paypal services sucks in india... they think all transactions happening from members of india as risk It is happening to all indian users .... if we send or recive payments , then our account is grounded
Contact the buyer in this case. It is most likely buyer to blame. Dispute will likely not solve if it's for virtual goods
I had a payment held from a user for 2 weeks before I got a response from PayPal... So it's not unusual for them not to respond right away.
