i think it just a robots..coz i got the same answer for 234213414 different qustions.. robots or copy & past girls as you said
Just because of girls knows how to tackle customers politely boys are rude sometimes and loose their temper DON.
Yup you are right I have also noticed it. Like I have called them around 10 times and 9 times a girl answered my call. Anyways, they talk nicely and help properly in solving our problems.
i dont think it is discrimination, not atleast by paypal. its just the nature of the job which suites and attracts women more than men
dial paypal... dial 1 to tallk to a guy and solve the problem in 2 minutes :| dial 2 to talk to a girl and keep solving for 30 minutes dial 3 to talk to your inner voice and find your own problems )
Its not only Paypal, many companies put Girl names and spoofed names on all support response emails. Like you get emails from "Andrea" and "Kate" and "Bill" but in reality they are sitting in India or Philippines with their different names.
My vote is that it doesn't matter of the sex of the person on the phone... just as long as you can understand what they are saying and they are not rude...
I think that is a good possibility... I think you may be on to something there... but may have it a bit off. Boys do loose their tempers more, and loose it more to other guys. When a disgruntled paypal user goes off on the rep, chances are they will be nicer while replying to a female.
wow !! great find. but personally I contact paypal 3 times. 1 time a female and twice a mail. am I the exception ??
I know four different people who had thousands of dollars stolen out of their paypal accounts a few years ago, and each one was investigated and found to be an inside job(They did not get their money back either). I wonder if paypal is combating this by hiring more women than men? Women are generally more trustworthy, and if there is a crime ring trying to get hired into paypal, it may be harder to recruit women into it? Just a thought.
lol it may be guys acting as girls lol...ive contacted paypal various times, but never really cared abt the name!
