    I think he means a Debit Card which is also a Maestro Card.

    Is that card a Mastercard Debit Card or VISA Debit Card ? If so, it might be accepted. But the best thing would be to contact Paypal directly.

    I don't think you can use your Maestro debit card online. It is for offline purchases only and even then you will have to enter your PIN at the point of purchase.

    Visa Electron is NOT Visa. They are different cards. Visa is a credit card and Via Electron in offline only debit card.

    Any Debit card, from indian banks is not acceptable in Paypal, as they are meant for Electronic Use only, i.e. Offline payments
