I requested payment from mvav.com. They said they could not send to my paypal account because my account is limited. Why?
your account must be unverified. or if your account is a business account and has raised a red alert on paypal system then, they would limit your account. you can only lift it by submitting support ticket to paypal. i know they are pain in the ass processor. better to switch to plimus or googlecheckout. pity is that Gcheckout doesn't support citizens other than US,canada and UK. good luck digiguy
Check the resolution center in your paypal account, they will tell you there what you need to do to get your limit lifted
