    You should not be making money through a Paypal Personal account, that is probably why they got suspicious and limit your account. If you are using your paypal account to make money, you should upgrade to a Premier Account.

    I am pretty sure you know what "Personal" means. I know that the Premier and Business accounts comes with fees but since you benefited from Paypal, you should pay for using its services. In business, you cannot have no cost at all, Paypal is not a platform which runs on fresh air but rather it requires a lot of cost to run such a business framework.

    If you live in India I dont think it would be easy to restore your account, same here I live in Thailand and in Asia PayPal department is in Singapore so I had same problem and can say now "I'm paypal expert" lol
    cuz since I had this problem I've done everything they needed, I paid over $100 for fax all documents to singapore then they mailed me to log in my account by open new browser (to be safty) so I did that but it still showed that account limited access!
    then again I got the same e mail from PayPal but everything still same, I tried to contact them but only one answer I've got is "sorry we have so much work to do and your account is suspended we need to keep your fund helding in your account 180 days"

    so, I realized that sometimes ppl like something fake! and now I have another paypal account :D

    Btw i want to tell that i submitted my father's named bill along with a proof [ Nationality ID ] showed that i was his son :)
