    Should I clear his account before realisation of this check or should I wait.

    You can accept this check. There is no prob..
    But it will take 3-4 business day to clear this e-check and transfer funds to your account..

    That's what message is saying !!

    You have to wait until echeck getting credited in your paypal account as they clearly mention that "funds have cleared from the buyer's account - usually three to four business days. Please do not ship any merchandise to the buyer until this payment clears."
