Paypal Help..

    So someone scammed me and now I have a negative balance of $310.. I don't have my name, bank account, credit card, address or phone number linked to this account. I was wondering how hard they will investigate this. And was wondering if they might take legal action.

    HELP. I'm a minor and I live in US. My PayPal account is negative $900 due to a scammer as freaking usual with this kind of issue and I refuse to pay the balance. They've limited my account so I told them I wasn't 18 so they said my account is permanently limited and now they are ignoring me completely. What will happen if I do not pay since I am a minor?

    I had a similar problem with all my money being scammed out of me. But I contacted the Paypal people and proved I was scammed. It wasn't easy but I got my money back and then verified my account with documents. I have no idea if they'll take legal action. How did you get a negative balance, they don't really let you take money out if you don't have it?
