Paypal Help

    Hi,
    I've recently started small business and I am based in India.First of all apologies for posting this topic which has been discussed a lot of times.I've searched all over the internet, the more i read the more i get confused.
    I need some fast replies as i need to take decision in next 12 hrs.By the way,I've never used my paypal account till now.

    1)Can i make instant payment from my paypal account to another paypal account ? I've read somewhere that indians can only receive money but can not send or buy with their paypal.Is it true ?
    2)As far as i know auto-withdrawal feature is mandatory for Indians.So, does this means that paypal will send all money everyday to my local bank a/c ? This doesn't make any sense, what if i want to keep some money in my paypal account.
    3)How much time does paypal takes to verify bank account & pan card ?
    4) Can i add funds to my paypal account by a credit card which is not on my name ?

    1. Yes. you can make instant payments from Paypal but a credit card is required to do so.
    2. There is no use of keeping money in paypal, so its better that it gets withdrawn to bank.
    And there are no charges to verify bank and pancard.
    And you have to use your own card.

    What's more about paypal is that, in terms of keeping money in there... if you start to earn a steady income increasingly and never withdraw your money, then suddenly withdraw, say, $2500, Paypal will raise their eyebrow. 'Why is she suddenly withdrawing some much money...?"

    Paypal can be a big pain in the *beep*

    No, You can not do the payment from India to India.

    Paypal sucks for Indian user. You can not hold money more than 7 days according to new rule 2011 (Only for Indian users). You can not use your paypal funds for transfer. Once you activated "auto withdrawl" in bank verify, it can not be de-activated until bank account deleted.4 to 7 days for bank and pan card verification but not more than 7 days. No, do not use other cc with your name. Its due to security reason as well your account get limited after some days or some months.
