paypal help?!?!?!

ok i hooked up my bank account to paypal and was about to buy something off ebay and it puts me on limited account, it says i need to confirm my credit card in order for it to be lifted but i dont have a credit card only a debit card.
im getting so frustrated please help

You have to add them now anyways to lift the limit
