    yes you can do, like you can take money from your friend and transfer the funds to their account. Thats easy.

    Paypal Funds is actually real funds.. u can withdraw it.. how can some1 sell it ? unless u mean exchange it

    he need to sell it , because maybe his country not listed in paypal and he make it with vcc or some thing like that , so he can't withdraw it
