I used my debit card in paying some stuff online and at one instance I filed a dispute regarding a seller who did not send me the item. After a few days it says on my account that the payment has been reversed and it shows Completed To CreditCard. What does that mean? Will the funds return to my debit card? And how long will I need to wait for it to reflect back on my debit card ? As it already shows completed, Does it take the same timeframe as waiting for a withdrawal to our bank accounts? Please if anyone had the same or similar issue please post a reply here so that I could understand well. Thank you in advance.
If you had paid using your Debit/credit card, then if any refund, will be made to that card, reversal will actually needs for a 30days period needed. you may check with your online statement with your Card. its a formal revarsal/cancel/part of unused payments.. with be added after 30days. its my experience.. al the time in several cases.. My bank told me it will be credited 3-5 days if the merchant have already reversed it. So meaning if it says completed on paypal then they have already reveresed it and it is the start of the business days for me to wait?
Yes I know I will be getting the money back but I just want to be sure when to receive it so that I know when to use it again
It is a debit card. But on paypal it says Transfer to credit card. But what I used is a debit card and only my debit card is attached to my paypal account.
