Just login to your account, go to security center at the right top, then you will get their conact number of their customer center, but no need to call them, just go through their resokution center, it will better then phone call.

I had the exact same thing and so did my sister. It seems that maybe Paypal is just making people change their account passwords and stuff for safety.
As all Knows In this situaltion U need to put what they ask ... all should be real info which u have given at the time to creation of the paypal account... mostly they ask Bank number and credti card number In serucity Measure Time thanks
This will happen only if the funds received are stolen or fraudalent. Solution : First submit all ur document. In resolution centre u may find the funds receivd option to RESOLVE. If the product with which u have recvd payment was a DIGITAL PRODUCT rather than a physical one, i would just say dont waste ur time to resolve it.JUST MAKE A FULL REFUND.Because paypal wont give u the money though After u submit all that paypal askd. Make a phone call to an executive and tell ur problem. IF all that u hav submitted is ok , u will be put on hold and ur call will be transfrd.There u go . Ur paypal account is restored before ur call ends.
i personally emailed paypal and told them that i used VCC to verify because i dont have any cc. and there is no other way i cud verify. so i took a vcc from friend and verified... i told that to paypal when they ask me for cc statement once ... and paypal dint complain... they cleared all cases.. since then i am again using my paypal acc again just b honest guys as far as possible... paypal is very helpful (in most cases )
