    thats what it sounds like..

sounds like you need to tell them what your selling/ the company and scan your Id and email them.

reading more of this website there is a general consenus that things sold on dhgate are fake i buy boots from dhgate and sell them on ebay and have never had any problems with buyers, so if i tell paypal that im using dhgate will they just say that your products are fake and not reinstate my account?

For a proper sales to be conducted, you need to issue the buyer an invoice or a receipt. I am sure you bought things from the stores before, they would have given you that slip of paper. That is needed for every sales.

When you sell things through an auction, log into your Paypal account and create a Request for Money or Invoice then after that use the Paypal free facility to generate the shipping documents. Paypal makes it easy for you to comply.

As you know, paypal does not condone to fraud and thus require you to have the item at hand to sell and not acquire them after you receive the money. Thus they want to know if you have the existing stock before you sell them. As you bought the items you sell, just send paypal the invoices you received from the one who supplies you the goods and that should clear the matter. Failing which, take a photo of the item with the package which has your buyer's name and send that to paypal.

All they want to know is that you are not engaging in money laundering or terrorist funding and using a fake sale as a guise.

You need only to show paypal that you really have the things you arew selling. Show them the invoice you get when you purchase those items.

Just upload photo id, and as an inventory, invoice of the payment.
It should not be a problem I think.

you should have send the invoice for every sale... see what happen when you dont read TOS before joinning any system... paypal already made everything clear on there TOS... so for each sale you have to send an invoic to your customer... so now what you can do is contant paypal by Phone and ask them what is it that they want from you to unlock your account... and also you need to explain them what you selling... and have to send proof of what you selling... because paypal want to see the proof of what you selling online... i dont think paypal will accept the screen shot of winning your bid... you need to send evidence of your business alone with your photo ID like driver lic. or passport etc... if you send only Photo ID then your account will be remain limited.... to remove the limit you need to send the business proof....

do you have the receipt when you buy those items? if you have the receipt of buying your iteams from shop or company, then you need to send it to paypal as proof.... maybe this will remove the limit from your account...

please let me know what paypal do or say after this...

lol. That made me laugh. Scammed 5 times, and they don't condone fraud

Anyway, back OT. You need to prove that you are a proper selling. Send a copy of an invoice and proof of who you are.

hi guys im going to copy and paste what paypal have sent me its really werid i dont get it maybe you guys can help

Every business must balance its exposure to risk with its business goals. At this time, we are not comfortable with the amount of risk your businessexposes itself to. We would like to begin the process of ending ourrelationship in a manner that is least disruptive to your business. In addition, your related eBay account will remain closed due to thiscurrent PayPal action. Please log in to your PayPal account and fill out the Limited AccountAccess form to let us know what to do with the funds remaining in yourPayPal account.

ok so this is the first thing that happens this is a day after ive sent all my proof off to them so im thinking my documents wasnt sucessful then they sent me this a day or 2 after......

This message confirms that we have received the documents you sent toPayPal. The documents have been successfully attached to your PayPal account andwill be reviewed shortly. We review documents in the order in which they are received and generallyrequire three to five working days to process these documents. Once weprocess your documents, we will contact you about the status of your PayPalaccount. Thank you for your patience and cooperation during this process. If you have any questions, please contact us using this link:

so now they have shut my paypal account down and my ebay account and now are looking at my documents too see if my account is going to be ok or not, how retarded is this? if you want to shut me down shut me down and leave me alone you know this is costing me business aswell and ive lost a lot of customers etc....

    clifs:

shut me down paypal and ebay
then said we got your documents
    we are reviewing your account
to be honest i could care less if they open it or keep it shut ive had enough of paypal and ebay

There is nothing from what I see in their email to say that your account has been closed. What you are seeing is a temporary limitation of your paypal account and at the same time your eBay account would be temporary closed pending their review of your submitted documents. They estimated that it would take up to 5 working days to verify your submitted documents and once they do that they would rather their decision which would either be to release the limitations or limit your account permanently.

At least that is what I read from the above post unless of course you are hiding something which gives you your conclusion that your accounts are permanently shut down already.

Obviously you didn't read it properly be cause they asked him to fill out a form requesting what to do with the remaining balance and also that they want to end the relationship with him.
