are giving correct information, your real country, name... if so nothing to worry about, just follow the steps they ask you for.
I think they are asking for location confirmation, in this case normal VCC wont work, U will need an AVS VCC for that. But after u confirm the location with AVS VCC PP will probably ask phone phone verification.
