Hi! If anyone could take few minutes to enlighten me it will be appreciated!

Became premier verified with paypal some time ago! All seemed fine! Had to pay 100$ for some articles, got this!

    Authorization Failed
This payment cannot be funded with a credit card at this time.
This payment cannot be processed at this time. Please try again later.

If i tried paying smaller amounts (like 30$ or so) it was working tough! I kept trying and after 2 days it worked! I thought nightmare was over! Now have to pay 50$ for some directory submission, i think they're watching me...if i try to pay 50$ i get the message above again...it gets me tot he next stept with 49.7 tough...i say fine, ok, i'll tell the guy to submit 50 directories less and that's it.....but to my surprise when i push the send money button

    Authorization Failed

This payment cannot be completed because your credit card has been denied by your credit card issuer. For details on why your card was denied, please contact your credit card issuer's customer service department. You may want to try using a different credit card or choose eCheck instead. To do this, please click the More Payment Options link.

bam...I then went to upgrade my account at photobucket and bought a domain, and all worked smooth, tried again and got the message that my credit card is denied again! Why does paypal torture me like this? :) I've been a good guy...i really need those dir submissions! I tought paypalsucks was just cheap propaganda, don't know what to say now...

I use visa electron! Since i managed to make a payment of 100$ a week ago, i would think a 50$ payment would have to go through

I will go to the bank and see if i can do something, but people there think paypal is the name of an alien or something like that so few chances :(

Just give their hotline a call and tell them about your transactions, I think they should be able to solve it for you. Not a worry, I have encountered such paypal visa issues and Visa solved them real fast.

    Hi

Email your query to their support id found on your paypal webpage.

Sometimes they block credit card funded payments due to security
    related issues.

If you can add a new credit card do it and delete your current
    card.
