Why are you keeping that large amount of money at PAyPal for? Did you know that PayPal is not a Bank? It is like having the guy on the street keep you money after he sold some of your dope and runs with it.

PayPal has a long history of keeping people's money, whether it be a fraud or a misunderstanding, regardless, the process of getting your money back from Paypal can take several months, if that they decided to give you your money back to you.

Leason learn here, never keep more than $5 at Paypal. PayPal will now be earning interest off of your money.

PayPal is most certainly NOT a banking institution. In fact they are nothing more than a 'middle-man' between your credit card & a third party (the merchant).

PayPal can seize your funds at any time, without warning or reason. They routinely side with the buyer, regardless of the situation and definitely will if the buyer initiates a chargeback.

I sold a vehicle on eBay and used PayPal for full payment (DO NOT EVER DO THIS!!!) Several weeks later PayPal seized the funds claiming "unauthorized funds" and decided to keep the money since I could not supply shipping confirmation (remember, I sold a car - thus no shipping). Even though I was a PayPal user since day 1 and had paid them nearly $15,000 in fees over 5+ years (the buyer had zero feedback with PayPal and eBay, btw) they decided to keep my money.

Anyway, moral of the story is this: Never use PayPal for more money than you can afford to lose.

I really hope that i won't face problems like that with my 2checkout account, i mean i hope they aren't like paypal!
man never use 2 way payments processors as: ikobo , e-gold,unicredit,stormpay,payapl ! use 1 way payments processors like 2checkout!

I once got a problem with stormpay! somebody , did a credit fraud, and he paid somebody , and that guy paid me customers, and they paid me... and it was a chargeback in reverse! i lost lot's of money with "PayPal Like Systems"!

Once you even approach the violation of their "Legal terms" you beg for trouble. Better not go that and if, you gotta count with the risk.

you dont have to ask them to file a claim to refund man! Just refund it! there is a link for each transaction! bad idea. You learned a good lesson at least.
