    PayPal has removed the limitation for me so i am thinking to with draw my funds to my bank account

    How much money did you have in that account? I hear accounts with smaller balances are getting out alright. I got some $7.7 K stuck in there since the withdrawals were stopped.

    If the account is shady, it can get stuck and you shouldn't complain about it. If everything is allright and legal - you have nothing to worry about, because Paypal brings back access to the account easily by scanning a few IDs.

    Fake info, multiple accounts to "launder" money and similar - that's a shady account.
