I'm the owner of a lovely limited account. My clients pay me every day which is great but I cannot withdraw the money nor pay my employees. PP asked me to: 1-resolve my disputes. I issued full refunds to 5 buyers. PP is reviewing this fro 2 weeks yet the money was already withdrawn from my bank account. 2-provide a credit card. I don't have one. 3-provide business information. I updated the information. --------------- Does anyone know how long the resolution dept can take?? They have $3500.00 of mine and I can't touch it. My bills won't get paid by fresh air... Thank you.
You may want to get a pre-paid visa or MC if that's available in your region. Paypal does not make exceptions :-( and it's a real pain. If you're in the US, just run up to a grocery store or pharmacy and get a visa gift card with 25 bucks on it.
You will need a credit card if they ask you for it. It is probably the only way you can verify your account and proof that you are who you are. The Business Information I believe they request for are your incorporation documents and updating your record does not make any difference. Go to your bank and apply a credit card.
i guess you will be able to withdraw your money after 180 days if you couldn't submit the documents paypal want from you.... anyway welcome to paypal hell.... everything at paypal sucks....
