    Verify your Paypal Account..
Your paypal account is always limited unless you verify it...

You need to verify your account or provide the documents what they ask for.

Limitation usually comes after receiving a payment, only when paypal becomes suspicious of your transaction. It simply means they want you to submit them the copy of the documents supporting your identity.

There is usually is an e-mail from them, detailing the list of documents one can submit for quick resolution! :)

They do it most of the time when they feel the transaction is fraudulent.

It might not be in most of the cases. They will ask for a bank account to be configured, a credit card to verify your account and some details of your bank transaction which is done in 6 months lately. You will have to fax this papers to get verified.
