    Sad to hear that.

I have question guys: if PayPal limits an account permanently, it will be limited forever or for 180 days?

    Hello again
I contacted them again and again, they said:
You will not be permitted to utilize the PayPal service for your online payment needs in the future. This decision may not be appealed.

    So that's it?
Is it recommended to wait a few weeks, then call them again? or the waiting doesn't help at all.

    Thanks

You must have been involved in some shady transactions. They don't just limit your account for no reason, especially after you sent them documents proving your identity.

    Hi terminator69
The only reason they gave to me:
to be involved in possible fraudulent or high risk behavior

Did you try showing them the documents of your last few transactions including e-mails, pms or anything that showcases your transactions have been carried it within legal parameters?

I am sure they are pissed with certain transaction of yours that they think is highly suspicious...or may be, they have detected multiple access to your account from too many different locations...

If you just buy stuffs then you can use your credit card or just register for Moneybookers ( I think they are not in US so not sure if you can use it ).

When the 180 days are up, you will be able to withdraw your cash. Please don't forget - PayPal does not deserve to keep your money no matter how smaller amount of cash you have in there.

    Thanks guys for your replying

    Hello
I sent the legal and valid documents (photo ID and a proof of address) they need.
I had a business account, there's a multiple access option, so multiple access is allowed.
And I contacted PayPal if I can I log in to my account while I'm out of USA, they said "Yes".

But Moneybookers isn't common option to buy from eBay.

Fortunately I have no funds in my account.
