Paypal has limited my account for accepting donations

I run a adult based forum and I receive donations for server costs.
Recently Paypal has permanently limited my account and said i violated the AUP.
The AUP states that i cannot sell adult items or content but I am not selling anything at all and my donation page clearly states that donations are helping to pay for my dedicated server costs.
I have called Paypal and they tell me to email the situation to which i did and they just give me a automated reply saying something like "We have reviewed your situation and have decided to still permanently limit your account and preventing you from making any future accounts"
Like seriously, wtf? did i commit a crime or something?
So guys, any advice? should i call them again and explain the situation?

Keep in mind that paypal does not deal in what they consider adult oriented companies or businesses. So any adult oriented like site or stores is considered against paypal TOS and there are great chance for your paypal to get limited.

I also think its not due to donations its because your sites is adult based hence its against PayPal TOS.

Well, i had no idea accepting donations for server costs would permanently limit my account and ban me from using paypal ever again.
If they had sent me a warning of some sort i would of stopped immediately, i just think it's not really fair.

Account limited means, you are not able to utilize the money at all or the activities have been restricted for you? Are the funds on hold?

There are other payment processors that would support such activities. One can do nothing as to why Paypal does not oblige since it is their sole discretion to decide their own business policy matters.

Adult things are not allowed at PayPal. It's against their TOS so there is no issue of making your account limited.

You can open another new account using a different email address. If you have added a credit card or bank account to the banned account, you cannot use those again for your new account. Just use another credit card and bank account to the new account and you'll be fine.

If you think you can easily skirt around Paypal's system, it's not that easy. If you open another account in your name, address, or any information that both accounts may contain, they will find out. Best bet is to tell them that you wont do it again, and that you didn't realize that what you were doing was against their TOS, since you weren't actually collecting money for adult services. And don't do it again. Hopefully they will allow you back in.

Trust me, I've tried to explain things to them and they won't even give me a proper answer, it's all automated replies.
    Bastards.
Any Paypal alternatives that i can use to accept donations? which means something that my members can donate without having to sign up for an account like Paypal?
