Ok, this morning my business PayPal account was put into Limited access mode (they say they noticed an high risk activity in my account). do people ever loose money because of this? They are specifically asking for two documents? Proof of address Supplier Contact Info For proof of address, I submitted image of my driving license which has my address on it (same address as registered in PayPal). Will this work? What is Supplier Contact Info? examples? How long does it take before the issue is reloved, normally?
I had this at one time because of the type of sales I was doing from a drop ship electronics company. I had to get a verification letter from the company that supplied my goods to me, that I indeed was selling products through them. I had the company fax all information and once paypal called they verified they were my supplier. But, the fun part, if you do not stay on top of it Paypal will sit on it until they are ready to investigate. PUSH is the key word. Took me around 10 days.
I also used a dropshipping company..but that company is NOT ready to give me any invoice or any letter... Paypal called them ? what do you mean by verification letter ?
