Paypal has been limited

    Paypal called and told me they will be holding 15% of my funds for the next 4 months. Can anyone help me in this one? Or have had this problem?

    It was something like a larger amount of activity or something like this. I have never heard anything of such as this. Any help, suggestion, or comments?

    I think it is alright since you are getting lots of CC payments and they want to hold on to some of the $$ in case any disputes arises.

    You will eventually get back the 15% if your account is alright.
