hello all, i am at a loss of what to do, my paypal account was hacked a while ago and when i tried to gain access the phone number area code and house number was wrong, so i phoned my bank and changed m card so problem was solved in my eyes as there was no money in the paypal account anyway, so next time i decided to buy from ebay i borrowed my sisters paypal (with her knowledge and permission) and same thing happend, i cannot gain access and everything such as phone number and house number changed, this time though paypal are hounding her calling her several times a day saying she owes them hundreds of pounds, i cannot afford to pay this for her and am not sure how it was hacked, i wouldnt even know how to start explaining this to paypal as like i said am not sure how it happend, what can i do for her appart from bar there calls as i am affraid one day bailiffs will turn up, any help welcome
Please secure the computer that you use for access paypal. Sometime a malicious program like key logger can send your data to someone. And be carefull with phising page, dont trus if you asked to verified the account or asked to send username n password.
how can u repeat the same thing again ? you must known at the first , that your account has been hacked and you must call paypal rather then passing it..... always secure your pc if you are transferring money online somehow.
