Paypal got me Hugee Loss,Am i still Safe??

    This happened to my co-worker and STMIKI is right. It got deducted when new funds from other payments came in.

    they wont deduct money from your paypal cc.paypal wont take money unless you authorized paypal for it.i have experience of it
