hi, a month ago, i had sold my website to a guy who bought it from me in 350$,now that a month is passed, he has filed a charge back, saying the site isnt received, and that he needs a refund of the whole amount, since i dont have that much funds, my account shows -350$ , i have my credit card added to it...i think ill b losing this case,in case i lose, wil the paypal deduct the amount from my credit card automatically?? or will it just ask me to fund the account on my will??

btw, though he has filed a claim, that the site isnt receieved...in he communications, he has admitted that he has received the site..its realy horrible...

i think paypal will charge from your credit card.... there is not much you can do other then block the credit card... this is the only thing you can do....

    They won't deduct it automatically

You will have a negative balance and the next time you try and make a payment it will force you to tack on the additional negative balance

Did no one read what I said?

PayPal WONT automatically deduct it from your credit card until the next time you try to make a payment where it will prompt you to add the negative balance to the sum of the payment you are making
