Paypal Got Limited - Need Urgent Help

    PLz Help Me Out My Paypal Got Limited.

    and i got an email saying this

    We have reviewed your PayPal Account, and due to the excessive risk
    involved, we would like to begin parting ways in a manner that is least
    disruptive to your business.

    Option 1. If you owe refunds to any of your buyers, you can use the money
    in your PayPal account to refund them.

    Option 2. Money in your PayPal account will be held for 180 days. After 180

    Please Help me out.

    and when i log into my paypal
    it says
    Why is my account access limited?
    Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s):
    07/01/2013: We need a little bit more information about some money you recently received or withdrew.

    (Your case ID for this reason is PP-002-149-921-654.)

    This limitation cannot be appealed.

    and secondly i have provided all the informations and all the things

    i just need to add my bank account, which i will be adding it soon :(

    please help me how to resolve this mess

    Your account will be returned to its normal state once you complete ALL of the required steps. It looks like you had some unresolved chargebacks. If you can afford to loose the money involved in those transactions refund the payments and call PayPal to get a faster response.

    GUESS YOU MAY HAVE USED THE SAME PAN CARD OR BANK ACCOUNT OR OPERATING A PAYPAL ACCOUNT FROM AN COMPUTER OR LAPTOP WHERE PAYPAL WAS BEEN CREATED THAT MAY BE ONE OF THE REASON BCOZ PAYPAL IS A KIND OF IP FUCKER

    Just submit and complete all steps that paypal asks you to do. If you didnt do anything wrong then your account will be unblocked.

    No it does not matter. But if you access your account from another country then you will face login problem.
