Paypal got limited, do everything, now what's next?

    My new paypal got verified, did some money transfer from fiverr to paypal and sell around £15 of products in my website, after next day they told me "Your account is limited until we hear from you". My account was verified with a credit card, they said, there is some problem with my credit card, it needs to be verified again. Then I add another card and verify the 4 digit. In resolution center is shows task complete, but there is a red warning "Your account is limited". Now whats next?

    Please help me.
