I think PayPal got crazy.
I just received an email with their police updates and will be effective as to all PayPal users on March 29, 2017.

We are changing the standard transaction fee for sellers selling goods or services online to buyers outside the U.S. from 3.9% to 4.4% plus the existing fixed fee based on the currency.

We are changing the standard transaction fee for in store transactions received from buyers outside the U.S. from 3.7% to 4.2%.

With all cryptocurrencies going on, I think they are inviting people to leave PayPal once for all.
What do you think about these changes?

To some it will be an incentive to raise prices. Depending on how you look at it PayPal maybe doing a favor.

Yes... Unfortunately paypal is really bad now, and for buyers and for sallers very often holds
