PayPal is refunding payments to clients automatically. Are they crazy? How I am suppose to make sure that my clients will pay me back again. There email says that they are refunding the payments which came as gift. All payments which they refunded to my clients came as services. But there email says it came as gift. My friend in India told that from his accounts payments from last 15 days have gone back to clients. PayPal is becoming frustrating. I am worried about the losses if my clients don't pay me back Anyone else facing these problem?
I just checked my account and the personal payment option is no more to be seen anywhere. The "policy updates" says nothing about it though!!! Can someone tell us about he official word on this....
Calling paypal is the last thing that should be done There customer service is worst...I called in morning and spelled 10 times my email id but the girl on other side seems to not even know english One thing is sure...you call 100 times and you get 100 different answers from different representative
Suit yourself, but no one on this forum can fix your problems. As bad as their customer service might be, they have infinitely more power to help you than anyone here does.
Yes you must get to the heart of the problem. I would be on the phone until i got it sorted, if you let it go you will lose all the money and it could keep happening.
Why is paypal playing such a hectic game, they simply spoil there name by doing such things. Is the owner of paypal knowing what is going on.
