Paypal Goes Limited

If paypal account goes limited then what doc people need to verify.

Can people change last name or paypal just look first name if ac is limited ?

After verifying doc paypal will remove limitation so what does it mean

In how many days, verification is must.

 

I think they need credit card bank statement,

or residential proof address or any other proof of identity

 

so how to know what they want now. there was mention unauthorize ac got 2 ac one personal and one premium as dp member said

They will need proof of all of your info on ur acc, calling them wont help. Had my money limited for half year.

 

get ready to have credit card infomation and phone ready cause it aint going to be easy nothing is easy with paypal getting money out of it lol

Passport and phone bill ( credit card, bank docs - that's not their case and you can reject this part of request ).

 

Just go to your Resolution center of PayPal and you will get to know what you need to submit.
And if its not there, then you need to call them.

And as I know you are from Pakistan where Paypal is not available.

PayPal might ask you to submit Address proof, photo proof, cc statement and to add a new bank account.

When click report a problem then it says, Report a problem or filing a complaint against PayPal

You can open a dispute against a seller, report unauthorized use of your PayPal account or file a complaint against PayPal as stated below.

 

Send them bank document or any utility bill and your problem will be solved

 

I do not think anybody has reported your account. The link 'Report a problem' is for reporting any unusual activity at your own paypal account and not for reporting against any other account.

I think Paypal must have discovered that the account is being accessed from Pakistan, a country which they do not support yet, and so must have limited your account.
You would now require to submit identity documents that shows you to be belonging to some other supported country, to get back your account!

Why need to show doc that i belong from other country ... info is legal for premier account except name

 

Well, if you are from Pakistan they won't remove limitations even when your docs are legal as PayPal is not available there.

ANd they can also close your account any time.

Well name are changed by only the paypal officials, there is no other way to change your name. Once registered.
