I'm sure this subject has occured in here a million times. I recently sold an item on eBay, but the buyer has opened a dispute because he changed his mind about buying my item. I sold him a notebook, he paid with a echeque that took days to complete and when it completed, he opened a dispute. when I click to resolve complaint it gives me a option "I can provide tracking information," If I send this item and provide paypal with the tracking number will they unfreeze my account? I don't want to send the item and then I never get the money from paypal. Thanks, Mick.
Did they freeze your account, or the funds from that transaction? If you have the tracking information, you would win the dispute and get your money.
he opened a dispute on the transaction after me waiting a week for the cheque to clear! very frustrating. Now i'm not sure whether paypal will give me the money. So once i post the item and give paypal the tracking number, i will win the dispute?
