Paypal from same Cafe (Computer)

    I am using internet from web cafe. I have seen that many people are using paypal here too. So Do you think it sometime affect my paypal if their account is limited due to soem reason?

    Yes paypal may think all account r urs,u better tell paypal about it.

    Simply No Effect. Paypal gets red flag only when ip is of different country.

    If you have verified paypal account then also it'll create problem for you in this case :confused:
