I sent this email to paypal: Hello, today i was on MSN and something me and a friend done some work for him. He said he would pay in an hour, every couple of hour's but no payment. We recentl'y deleted the services we had done, as we couldn't be bothered with him anymore. Proof of the conversation can be found at the following links: http://i217.photobucket.com/albums/cc297/Dale__/shivom1.jpg http://i217.photobucket.com/albums/cc297/Dale__/shivom2.jpg http://i217.photobucket.com/albums/cc297/Dale__/shivom3.jpg http://i217.photobucket.com/albums/cc297/Dale__/shivom4.jpg http://i217.photobucket.com/albums/cc297/Dale__/shivom5.jpg We had installed his board, a torrent tracker and lot's more. He then decided he could flaw us like a couple of numpty's. I would be glad if you could take care of this fraudster! My paypal is going to be verified in the next week, as i needed another card. His paypals are: My paypal is I hope you can help. Regards Do you think i stand a chance?
He threatens to send us 5 grands from a hacked CC so that our paypals will go negative and we owe 5 grands to paypal. But he forgot two things: 1. We can just click the 'don't accept the payment' button. 2. If we would even agree and paypal charges us the 5 grands back; They can just take those 5 grands on our accounts. It's not like we suddenly need to pay them 10 grands back then o.0
Yep. You do not stand a chance. I had this happen last week. I had every conversation showing the fraudster was initating the sale. Made the purchase. Asking about access, domain transfers, and so forth on delivery. I had info matching their info, and so on. In the end, PayPal took their claim as "unauthorized". One of the classics (excuses you are told to give all over DP) you read about in many paypal threads. However, I just stopped the domain transfer and locked out the ftp. Frustrating, and hit for $3k, but in the end. He got nothing. I was lucky.
