Paypal Form for Wordpress?

    Hey forum,

    I am in need of a form for my blog that can has two parts:

    1) Collect information
    2) Allow user to pay via paypal.

    Once the payment is complete, the information is sent to my email.

    Does anyone have such a plug in, or tutorial on how to do this?

    Yeah man.. setup a form in PayPal (through their webmasters' tools) and then PM me the HTML and how you would like it setup.

    I won't charge, don't worry ;)
