Paypal For Romania?

    Hello, i have a question... can i cash out $$ from paypal on romania ? With a romanian cc+bank acct...

    As I know you can't withdraw PayPal money to a Romanian bank account, but you can withdraw money to a debit or credit card.

    You could probably withdraw it to a US bank account.
    Romania is marked with a + on that page.

    Yeah I m form Romania too, I have a dozens CC and they hardly work, I heard CC`s from ING are good, going to make a few!

    I living in Romania, but i am spanish.

    I work with this.

    Mastercard in OptBank to verify my account. The VISA of BCR very problems with verify account.

    VISA in BCR to withdrawl money (in romania only withdrawl with Visa)

    And my prefered method, withdrawl in my US account and transfer to Romania.
