PayPal for minors? Buy and Sell?

    Hi,

    I'm looking for something like PayPal for minors, That doesn't need a bank account or a credit card. If someone could let me know if they know of something that would be great.

    Also it would have to have the ability to receive money not just spend it.

    There is many alternatives moneybookers , alertpay etc..

    As per rulez you should needs to be 18+ age to open account there

    I have not yet used any such serives through paypal,but i guess paypal is the right choice.

    No financial institutions are basically allow minors.. and if they allow its always under parents guiadance i guess online or offline

    I am 16 years old and I have a Verified Paypal Account With an attached Debit Card & my Checking Account I live in MA.

    I havnt had any problems yet. My account got frozen once but i followed the instructions and verified my land line and then they unfroze it.
